Beautiful 1948 Indian Chief. Excellent restoration with 785 miles showing on the odometer. Everything works perfectly. The bike is beautiful and ready to ride now. We bought the bike as it is 3 years ago and only put about 5 miles on it. It sounds excellent and fires right up. The left-hand throttle takes some getting used to. I know that the engine is a 48 (CDH2976), only 3000 built, and the chassis and body are 1947 (3474052). Please feel free to ask any questions and we’ll try to help as much as possible.
